Acceptance of Terms of Use

This Terms & Conditions document ("Terms") constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and ibc003 ("Platform", "we", "us"). These Terms govern all use of the ibc003.best website, user accounts, and all services offered by ibc003 to players in Malaysia.

The security of your ibc003 account password is entirely your responsibility. ibc003 recommends using a strong password (at least 8 characters, combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols) and enabling two-factor authentication (2FA). Never share your password with anyone — including ibc003 customer support agents, who will never ask for it.

• Each account is for the sole personal use of the registered owner — it may not be transferred or shared.
• Ibc003 reserves the right to temporarily suspend an account for security verification purposes if unusual activity is detected.
• Users are responsible for all activity that occurs within their account, even if carried out by a third party for reasons beyond ibc003's control.

Deposit & Withdrawal of Funds

All financial transactions on the ibc003 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). ibc003 does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies.

Accepted Payment Methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow, FPX (including Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other major Malaysian banks). All payment methods must be registered under the same name as the ibc003 account holder.

• Minimum deposit: RM 20 per transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM 30 per transaction.
• Daily withdrawal limits depend on your account's VIP tier.
• No processing fees for standard deposits and withdrawals via e-wallet and DuitNow.

Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, or a method verified by the ibc003 security team. This is a standard industry anti-money laundering (AML) measure. First-time withdrawals from a new account require full identity verification (KYC) before processing.

Ibc003 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawal processing if there is suspicion of fraudulent activity or an internal review is required. Account Suspension & Closure

Ibc003 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account for the following reasons without prior notice if the situation requires immediate action:

• Activity showing signs of fraud, money laundering, or other security threats.
• Requests from legitimate Malaysian legal authorities.

If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation within 30 days from the date the dispute is raised, both parties agree to refer the matter to the exclusive jurisdiction of a competent court in Malaysia. Terms Updates & Amendments
